Key responsibilities:

1. Reach out to potential leads via phone calls
2. Gain insights into students' needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions

Compensation:

1. Salary: INR 6.8 LPA
2. Fixed salary: INR 4.5 LPA (Take-home after deductions*: INR 30,042/month)
3. Variables, incentives & ESOPs: INR 2.3 LPA

(Note: *Deductions include taxes and other applicable deductions)
