Business Development Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a comprehensive sales strategy for both B2C and B2B segments, aligned with Stash's objectives and market trends.
2. Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals and consistently track progress toward their attainment.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
5. Present product demonstrations to potential clients and business partners.
6. Conducts exceptional marketing and promotional events for brand awareness and sales generation.


Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Exhibit exceptional customer service abilities
3. Demonstrate strong sales aptitude
4. Ability to learn and conduct sales training techniques
5. Exhibit leadership abilities during teamwork
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
7. Relevant work experience in sales or customer service
8. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred
