About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Actively engage with communities to promote and enroll students in both paid and free skill development courses
2. Organize and participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about available courses
3. Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students about the various paid and free courses available
4. Help students understand the benefits, curriculum, and career prospects of each course
5. Address any questions or concerns from students and their families to facilitate informed decision-making
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in areas such as registrations, accounting, and return filing services
7. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive business growth
8. Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated services that meet client needs
9. Promote the company's digital marketing services to potential clients
10. Identify opportunities to enhance the company's digital presence and generate leads
11. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to effectively represent the company's offerings
12. Identify, recruit, and appoint agents in various markets to generate student leads and admissions
13. Provide training and support to agents to ensure they are well-equipped to represent the company
14. Establish performance metrics and monitor agent activities to ensure targets are met
15. Conduct cold calls to potential clients and markets to introduce the company's services and build brand awareness
16. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base
17. Gather market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
18. Follow up with clients and agents to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any issues
19. Maintain a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) to track interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes
20. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, and conversion rates
