About the job

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven 'Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)' to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue through effective communication and sales strategies.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
2. Client interaction: Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their requirements and pitch our sports apparel solutions.
3. Sales strategizing: Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer retention.
4. Pipeline management: Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
6. Negotiation: Handle customer inquiries and negotiate deals to close sales efficiently.
7. Reporting: Provide sales performance reports and insights to the sales manager regularly.

Skills and qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

2. Experience: 1-2 or 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the sportswear or apparel industry.

3. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

4. Sales expertise: Proven experience with inside sales techniques and lead generation.

5. Tech-savvy: Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online research.

6. Time management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple clients efficiently.

7. Goal-orientation: Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,30,000 /year
