1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. Previous cold-calling experience
3. Candidates based out of Mumbai preferably around Powai i.e Andheri, Ghatkopar, and Thane
4. An engineering degree (preferred)
5. Communication and convincing skills along with relationship-building skills
6. Achievement oriented skills
