Job Description :

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute channel partner acquisition strategies.
Foster strong relationships with current and potential channel partners.
Onboard new partners and provide training on our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective partner enablement programs.
Monitor partner performance and ensure their adherence to company standards and requirements.
Identify opportunities for growth and create strategies to maximize partner revenue.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to channel partners. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Proven experience in channel partner development and management.
Strong understanding of the human resources industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
