About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing a business development plan for a particular location upon researching the local market
2. Developing and managing portfolios of Key Account
3. Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
4. Scheduling client meetings for business development
5. Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
6. Understanding the customer needs to suggest the right grade and material and technical help
7. Following up with proposals and meetings to close the deal

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 3.6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
