About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle a team of 30 interns to complete day-to-day operations, sales, and management
2. Ensure that the marketing campaigns result in traction on the platform
3. Ensure achievement of targets by teams and individual KPIs
4. Nurture and convert prospects to drive profitable growth
5. Follow up with the prospects and close the sales within the sales cycle
6. Achieve weekly targets in a fast-paced environment
7. Ensure the brand-standard experience of prospective team members

Who can apply:

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Leadership and management skills
3. Strategy building and critical analysis skills
4. Have a proven track record of managing 30+ individuals
5. Ability to achieve business targets and contribute to revenue via sales
6. Demonstrated experience in the ed-tech industry
7. Have a minimum of 3-6 months of work experience in similar roles/profiles
8. Have a track record of driving and achieving business targets
