Business Development Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
3. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
7. Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
8. Work on field sales
9. Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospects and potential customers using provided contact lists or databases
10. Introduce the company's products, services, or fundraising campaigns to prospects and communicate their benefits effectively
11. Engage prospects in a polite and professional manner, build rapport, and address their queries or concerns
12. Identify potential leads and gather relevant information about potential customers for further follow-ups by the sales team
13. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and the conversion rate
14. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up actions in the company's database
15. Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on customer inquiries
