We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive the growth of the company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in software sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Software Services division
What you will do?
Develop a growth strategy focused both revenue growth of Software Services division.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Handle and Manage End-to-End Sales Cycle - Lead Generation, Prospecting, Negotiation and Closing deals
Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
Arrange and participate in the business meetings with prospective clients
Preparing sales contracts, Agreements, Proposals adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
What we are looking for ?
Proven working experience as a business development manager or similar role in software services area. Preferably in USA, UK, EU markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and by email
