The 'Business Development Manager' will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. We're seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling educational products for kids and Adults. Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll guide and oversee a team of 8 to 10 members, ensuring they meet set targets. Your responsibilities include goal setting, training, performance monitoring, executing sales strategies, fostering communication, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement. You'll represent the team in various interactions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Qualities:

- Proficiency in English and Tamil or Hindi.
- Demonstrated ability as a skilled salesperson.

- A first-principles problem solver who continuously develops and enhances the sales process through actionable inputs and feedback.

- Lead-to-sales conversion percentage.
