Business Development Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales and business development (70%):

a. Lead the sales efforts in Bhopal, focusing on building and expanding the client base.
b. Identify potential clients and market segments, and build long-term business relationships.
c. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
d. Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition.
e. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present progress to senior management.

2. Management and operations (30%):

a. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bhopal branch, ensuring smooth functioning of services.
b. Supervise and manage the office team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
c. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
d. Ensure all resources, including materials and staff, are managed efficiently to meet business demands.
e. Regularly report on operational performance and suggest areas for improvement.
