Roles and Responsibilities
Interacting with the international clients through E-mail regarding our digital services.
Seek an initial brief to understand the Client's Business/Requirements
Assist customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.
Make rapid and accurate calculations.
Negotiation and closure - through appropriate handling the client queries and closing the deal.
Record sales and send a copy to the Sales Manager.
Developing and tracking the sales growth & data. Maintains and develops relationships with clients.
Keep prospective client database updated.

Skills
Knowledge on SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC Marketing, Website Design and many more.
Intermediate customer service skills.
A confident and determined approach.
Excellent communication and written skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
