Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at Micro Mitti. This full-time, mid-level position demands a passion for sales and relationship-building within the real estate sector. Based in our headquarters in Indore, candidates must possess a work experience of 4 to 6 years. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

Qualifications and Skills
*Proven track record in sales, showcasing the ability to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in either real estate or BFSI industry (Mandatory skill).
*Excellent relationship-building skills, fostering strong connections with clients and stakeholders (Mandatory skill).
*Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts and negotiate deals (Mandatory skill).
*Expertise in negotiation techniques, securing favorable agreements and partnerships.
*Networking acumen, building and leveraging professional connections to expand business reach.

Roles and Responsibilities
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth and market expansion.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
*Create and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service offerings and address client needs effectively.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities for the business.
*Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
*Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships with potential clients and stakeholders.
*Regularly report on business development activities, results, and future plans to senior management.

7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

10. Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

11. Knowledge of the real estate or investment industry.

12. Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
