As a business development manager, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and expand our business through strategic sales initiatives and effective communication. With your expertise in sales and business development, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
2. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for clients
5. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
6. Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
7. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Note:
1. Fixed salary: Rs. 25,000 CTC to Rs. 33,000 CTC per month
2. Minimum experience: 1 year in sales
3. Per month + unlimited incentive + career growth

6. There is both field & office work
