About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build relationships with customers across various growth stages (start-ups to mature industries), types (partnerships to MNCs), and industries (logistics, fleet, last mile mobility, etc.)
2. Interact closely with CEOs and CFOs of target companies to proactively understand their requirements
3. Create customized structured leasing solutions tailored to specific client needs
4. Develop a robust portfolio of varied asset classes including 3-wheelers, MHCVs, electric vehicles, and specialized equipment
5. Collaborate with all ecosystem players OEMs, dealers, and intermediaries to expand reach and grow the share of leasing
6. Manage the complete account life-cycle including client negotiation, credit approval, funding, and post-disbursal activities

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.

1. Postgraduate with 4+ years of relevant experience in the automobile industry

2. Corporate sales (B2B) experience in commercial vehicles, SME, or auto loan background

3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

4. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

7. Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure

8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
