About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Do recruitment of insurance advisors from your network (Housewives, govt employees, doctors, businessmen, insurance agents, any profession)
2. Train insurance agents on company products and support in sales
3. Fix appointments and visit potential customers for new business
4. Handle existing customer portfolio if given and lead generating through it
5. Generate business via converting individual leads generated by him
6. Assure that the business targets are met

Note:

1. Designation: Agency Development Manager/Relationship Manager
2. Compensation/CTC Package: Rs 25000 to Rs 45000 per month
3. Salary+heavy monthly incentives (25K - 1.00 lac per month) based on sales performance + Fast Track promotions 3 promotion cycles in a year + On payroll of Reliance + other benefits
