Business Development Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve quarterly and annual order booking/billing targets from new business (existing and new accounts)
2. Achieve quarterly and annual order booking/billing targets from renewal business with existing clients
3. Attain transaction-wise order margin percentage for every client managed
4. Collect 100% of the Statement of Work (SoW) value within DSO limits (advance and milestone-based)
5. Attain prescribed levels of customer satisfaction for the assigned client set
6. Acquire a defined number of new logos during the year
7. Provide timely reports, update data in the SFA tool, develop account plans, initiate customer review calls and governance meetings, and facilitate executive meetings
