About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Collaborate with senior management to set revenue goals and develop action plans.
4. Implement and manage quick commerce solutions for efficient product delivery.
5. Develop partnerships with logistics providers and technology platforms.
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize quick commerce operations.
7. Identify and develop new sales channels, including e-commerce, social media, and traditional retail.
8. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create cohesive multi-channel campaigns.
9. Oversee integration and management of various sales platforms.
10. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
11. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements for beneficial terms.
12. Build strong relationships with partners for long-term collaboration.
13. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
14. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
15. Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve performance.
16. Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
17. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
18. Provide training and development opportunities for team enhancement.

4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-platform business strategies.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

7. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

8. Proficiency in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and CRM software.
