Qualifications:

2. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
3. Strong understanding of the K-12 education market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
6. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
10. Willingness to travel extensively within India as needed.
