Business Development Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and target large corporations and L&D professionals in the eLearning industry.
2. Proactively make cold calls to potential clients in the US & Europe to introduce Brainverse Learning's services.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored eLearning solutions.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.
5. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
6. Craft & deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demos to win clients.
7. Run and manage email campaigns to generate leads and engage prospects.
8. Negotiate contracts & close deals while aligning with company goals.
9. Manage the sales pipeline effectively and report on key activities.

Who we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in eLearning or EdTech).
Strong cold-calling and lead generation skills for US & Europe markets.
Expertise in email marketing and campaign management.
Exceptional communication & presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working across time zones to engage with international clients.
