Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with the provided leads via calls and convince them about the courses
2. Interact with the students and address their problems
3. Get to know about their interest and accordingly guide them for the same
4. Listen to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioural concerns in an open and non-judgmental way
5. Provide one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development
6. Increase student enrolment
7. Work on developing, monitoring, and assisting with counselling programs
