2. Minimum 4 years of experience in MICE sales demonstrating a history of achieving sales targets
3. Deep understanding of the MICE sector including key market drivers and operational requirements
4. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
5. Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and maintain client satisfaction
6. Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
7. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
8. Ability to adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions and client needs
9. Willingness to travel extensively to meet business demands and client needs
10. Enthusiasm for creating and delivering outstanding event experiences
