Key responsibilities:

1. Detect and seize opportunities within the MICE sector to expand market share and revenue
2. Forge and sustain solid relationships with new and existing clients understanding their event needs and expectations
3. Work closely with the event planning, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events
4. Conduct detailed site inspections with potential clients showcasing our facilities and services
5. Create tailored proposals that meet the specific needs of clients while maintaining profitability
6. Negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company ensuring long-term partnership potential
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor movements to maintain a competitive edge
8. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and forecasts
9. Provide detailed reports on sales activities, event outcomes, and client feedback to optimize future strategies
10. Represent EaseMyTrip.com at industry events and conferences enhancing brand visibility and networking with potential clients

Who can apply

1. Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

2. Minimum 4 years of experience in MICE sales demonstrating a history of achieving sales targets

3. Deep understanding of the MICE sector including key market drivers and operational requirements

4. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

5. Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and maintain client satisfaction

6. Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams

7. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail

8. Ability to adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions and client needs
