Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for our solar panels division, based in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our solar energy solutions and fostering client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills
Must possess strong sales experience, focusing on closing deals and achieving revenue targets (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in customer relationship management is essential for maintaining and growing key accounts (Mandatory skill).
Proven background in renewable energy, demonstrating knowledge of industry trends and challenges.
Ability to conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and contracts with stakeholders.
Proficient in project management, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion.
Experience in strategic planning to help steer the companys growth and long-term goals.
Technical knowledge related to solar panels to better understand and convey product benefits to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company market share in the solar panels sector.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and client satisfaction.
Lead negotiations, closing deals with stakeholders while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to anticipate and adapt to industry trends and client needs.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product offerings meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
