Your responsibilities:
Build market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals with clients.
Clarify goals and reach agreements maintaining the interests of all parties
Proactively develop and improve products and services
Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues
Understand clients' needs
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities-
Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Skill sets/Experience we require:
3-10 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive
Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a result driven approach
Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office
Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage
Pedigree:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (any discipline)
MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
