Business Development (Sales) Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build the local sports project (LSP/commercial policy) to make the sport accessible to as many sports users in your catchment
2. Manage the overall omni business for the sport
3. Interact with like-minded sports users and customers with the objective of being satisfied users
4. Stay accountable for merchandising and stock of the territory of the sport
5. Work on piloting, budgeting, and PNL for the sport (margin, shrinkage)
6. Practice the sport minimum once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
7. Build the sports community in your catchment
8. Update the planner, including events, workshops, and leaves
