We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented business development research specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to 'Business Development Heads' of prominent retail brands to gather information about their real estate requirements and expansion plans in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Identification:
- Conduct thorough research to identify Business Development Heads and key decision-makers within retail brands
- Utilize various resources, including company databases, industry databases, LinkedIn, and company websites
2. Contact Information Acquisition: Accurately gather and maintain contact details for these decision-makers, including phone numbers, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles
3. Engagement and Communication: Initiate and manage communication with identified contacts to understand their real estate needs and expansion goals in Mumbai (includes conducting phone calls, sending follow-up emails, and scheduling meetings as needed)
4. Collaboration: Work closely with our real estate team to align gathered information with current market opportunities and strategies
