We are looking for a business development representative to act as the liaison between our marketing and sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers for license & implementation of Salesforce & Zoho applications.
Key responsibilities:
1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contact potential clients through emails (primary method) and telephone calls (for follow-up)
3. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services (license of Salesforce or Zoho)
4. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
5. Offer custom proposals to clients via email
6. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
7. Report to the business development manager for customer acquisition and sales targets
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Graduation (BMS) or MBA with more than 60% marks in all years from 10th till graduation
Should have at least 1 year of experience in inside sales/account management/ business development in an IT/software company of repute
Hands-on experience with multiple marketing/sales techniques
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce/Zoho, etc.)
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 75%
2. Variable component: 25%
