Role Definition Business Executive is one who is responsible for the development of TCB's offline space and also is responsible for every and any kind of content that goes out on social media or TCB's website.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research the market, new trends, and the competition
2. Data sourcing and management
3. Content creation - Blogs
4. Sales meetings & online collaborations
5. Sales proposals and conversions
6. Client co-ordination and maintaining relationships
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
