About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
2. Manage and track billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
3. Handle email correspondence and communication effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
4. Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel
5. Ensure effective communication between teams and departments
6. Assist in general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management
2. Familiarity with email communication tools
3. Basic knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) and its applications (preferred)
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
