Job Summary: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Specialist/Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Develop, maintain, and manage business intelligence tools and dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
Create and deliver reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular data validation and cleaning.
Support the implementation and optimization of business intelligence solutions.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Train and support end-users on business intelligence tools and best practices.
Work with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data infrastructure supports business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling is desirable.
