1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus, but not a requirement.
2. Prior work experience is preferred but not a hard requirement for well-qualified candidates.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel sales strategies.
4. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
5. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
6. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
