The 'Strategic Assistant' supports leadership in strategic planning, project management, and data analysis across the healthcare and hospitality sectors. The role involves close collaboration with senior management to execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic planning: Assist in developing and implementing business strategies. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and support long-term goal setting.
2. Project management: Coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor progress, and present updates to senior management.
3. Data analysis & reporting: Analyze performance data and market trends. Collaborate with finance on financial monitoring and create reports for decision-making.
4. Stakeholder engagement: Facilitate communication between internal teams and manage relationships with external partners.
5. Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance to executives, manage documents, and handle confidential information.

3. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
