CAD Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in civil engineering software (Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD.Pro, etc.)
2. Create and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments
3. Conduct classes, workshops, and one-on-one training sessions
4. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
5. Stay updated with industry trends and software developments to ensure training programs remain relevant
6. Collaborate with the sales team to promote training programs and services
7. Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

1. B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2. Proven experience in CAD software (Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, STAAD.Pro, etc.)
3. Excellent teaching and communication skills
4. Ability to create engaging training content
5. Strong industry knowledge and networking skills
6. Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies
7. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

1. graduate degree in Civil Engineering or related field
2. Experience in training or teaching
3. Certification in CAD software (e.g., Autodesk Certified Instructor)
4. Familiarity with other CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
