Currently, Logical operates two divisions, dedicated to engineering services and CAD/CAM/CAE products (SOLIDWORKS Reseller in Hyderabad)
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide product support to customers
2. Manage technical support issues taken via phone, email, or web portal
3. Utilize your expertise in SolidWorks products to assist customers with the challenges they face in production
4. Follow up on service requests and software performance reports generated through support cases
5. Ensure that response time and customer satisfaction surveys meet goals
6. Research solutions and create knowledge-base articles
7. Conduct assigned training classes train new students on SolidWorks products
8. Make on-site customer visits
9. Travel to customer sites (10 20% of the time) to provide onsite support and training (occasional weekend and evening travel estimated less than 5% of the time)
10. Work with the sales team to accurately understand our customer s requirements
11. Work on progression into product demonstrations of SolidWorks to prospective customers
12. Train customers in the correct use of SolidWorks
13. Work with a broad range of customers who use SolidWorks to design their products
14. Respond to the needs of our customers to solve technical problems in using SolidWorks
15. Report to the technical manager & senior applications support engineer
Skills & Requirements:
1. Graduation in mechanical engineering is mandatory
2. Automobile or aeronautical preferred
3. Engineering design experience gained in a design environment
4. Knowledge of 3D CAD systems, ideally SolidWorks bit Pro/Engineer or Inventor may also be useful
5. Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook

Logical Solutions Limited Applications Engineers become experts by attaining the following SolidWorks certifications: Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP), Certified SolidWorks Expert (CSWE), Certified SolidWorks Support Technician (CSWST), Certified SolidWorks Instructor (CSWI), Certified PDM Support Technician (CPDM)
Note: The designation is CAD applications engineer
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
