Career Advisor (Inside Sales) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver sales targets
2. Discuss career and educational goals with interested participants
3. Help in the course selection process to ensure progress toward participants' goals
4. Display interest in participants' development

Career Advisor Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
2. A minimum two years' experience is desirable, freshers are also welcome
3. Comfort in making calls to prospective participants, including speaking to potential clients over call and in person
4. Experience in professional counselling, development, education, or related field preferred
5. Strong communication skills (fluency in spoken and written English is a must) and interpersonal skills, specifically interacting with senior corporate executives
6. Basic knowledge of computers and LMS
7. Desire to help participants in their academic journey, from handling leads to enrolment
