We are seeking a self-motivated career consultant for our growing team in Mumbai. They will play a fundamental role in pitching our services to appropriate leads and achieving successful closure. They must be comfortable making phone calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct assessments to determine clients' career interests, strengths, and goals
2. Provide personalized career guidance and support to clients through one-on-one sessions
3. Research and gather information on various career paths, including job duties, education requirements, and salary expectations
4. Help clients develop job search strategies, including resume and cover letter writing, job search techniques, and interview preparation
5. Assist clients in identifying and applying to relevant job openings and educational programs
6. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and progress
7. Collaborate with other professionals, such as recruiters, hiring managers, and educational institutions, to provide additional resources and support for clients
8. Stay up-to-date with current job market trends and industry developments
