Key responsibilities:

1. Connect & engage leads received through various marketing channels
2. Counsel leads & based on their profiles, suggest fruitful learning tracks
3. Proactively identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
4. Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
5. Understand the customer requirements and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
6. Manage pre-sales to post-sales support activities ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
7. Assist leads in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the enrollment process
8. Guide students with the paperwork and the admission process
9. Meet the assigned target of admissions
