Key responsibilities:

1. Operational management: Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring that all functions are performed efficiently and effectively. Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards.
2. Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage center staff to achieve high performance and productivity. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support staff development.
3. Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve center objectives, including growth targets, financial goals, and service improvements. Align center operations with overall organizational strategy.
4. Financial management: Manage the center's budget, including financial planning, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Prepare financial reports and forecasts as required.
5. Customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing and monitoring service quality standards. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
