Key responsibilities:

1. Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of workers

12. Report any equipment malfunctions or needs for repair
13. Serve as the point of contact between management and the workforce
14. Communicate project goals, deadlines, and any changes in plans to the team
15. Report on progress, issues, and other relevant information to higher management
16. Maintain accurate records of work hours, productivity, and other relevant data
17. Prepare and submit reports as required
18. Implement solutions to improve productivity and efficiency
