About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls
2. Lead and manage the accounting operations of the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and development, implement audit recommendations, improve internal controls, and mitigate financial risks
3. Oversee the implementation and adherence to domestic accounting standards, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements

Note:

1. Hand on experience in any industry or organization managing internal audit
2. Understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements
3. Stay abreast of changes in IND GAAP, Ind AS, and other accounting regulations, ensuring timely implementation of new requirements and updates

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

Qualification:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and a master’s degree is a plus

2. Certification: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

3. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles and proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing

4. Industrial exposure in hospitality services, and real estate including the development of industrial parks, rental, and investments

Skills and abilities:

1. Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS)

2. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Excel)

3. Knowledge of tax laws and regulations

4. The candidate should be well versed in English, Gujarati and Hindi

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
