About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries/complaints/requests received via email and chat and provide effective resolution
2. Handle escalations at level 1, ensure that the complaint gets resolved, seek advice and escalate the issue to relevant teams
3. Coordinate and follow up with other teams for the resolution of customer complaints
4. Maintain TAT of commitments given to customers
5. Escalate the issue to higher-ups whenever required
6. Suggest process improvements
