Expereince and Skills
1-6 years of experience in designing and developing chatbots
Proficiency in AI technologies, NLP, and chatbot development frameworks
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Experience with messaging channels like WhatsApp, FB Messenger, Telegram

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop chatbot solutions for business transactions over messaging channels
Orchestrate digital customer journeys with intelligent business process automation
Implement menu-driven flows for customer service selection and intent-driven communications via AI and NLP engines
Enhance user experience with dynamic rich cards and hyper-personalization features
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transfer between chatbots and live agents

Notice Period:30days or immediately first preference.
Work Location: Chennai (Onsite)
