4-6 years of experience in Chatbot Development and Design
Proficiency in Chatbot Solutions and Conversational AI technologies
Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework and WhatsApp chatBot development
Knowledge of Conversational AI chatbot design and implementation
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and design chatbots for structured business transactions over messaging channels
Orchestrate end-to-end fulfillment via digital customer journeys with intelligent business process automation
Implement menu-driven flows, intent-driven communications, and seamless transfer to live agents for hyper-personalization
Create dynamic rich cards to enhance user experience and improve customer loyalty
Collaborate with teams across banking, insurance, retail, logistics, healthcare, and other industries
