Skills
2 to 5 years of experience in chatbot development
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript
Experience with chatbot development frameworks and tools such as Dialogflow, IBM Watson Assistant, or Microsoft Bot Framework
Knowledge of AI and NLP technologies
Familiarity with messaging channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and develop chatbots using AI and NLP technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into chatbot solutions
Create conversational flows and menus for different messaging channels
Integrate chatbots with backend systems and APIs
Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and sentiment analysis
Optimize chatbot performance and troubleshoot issues
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in chatbot development
