Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and cook exquisite desserts, chocolates, and savories with precision and creativity
Contribute to menu development with innovative pastry art and new recipes
Ensure health and safety standards are met in the kitchen at all times
Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Assist the Pastry Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pastry and baking department.
Lead and supervise a team of pastry cooks and commis, delegating tasks and ensuring that production schedules are met.
