Chef Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the kitchen staff, and assist them in food preparation
2. Manage and track canteen inventory
3. Keep a track of all orders and ensure timely delivery
4. Ensure safety and adherence to food regulations and quality standards
5. Keep up with peak production and service hours

Requirements:

1. Diploma in hotel management or equivalent experience in food outlets
2. Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
4. Exceptional time management and crisis management skills
5. Expert multitasking ability
