1. Prepare and cook menu items to perfection
2. Ensure appealing plate presentation
3. Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and cooking techniques
4. Manage kitchen station, inventory, equipment, and supplies
5. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
6. Coordinate kitchen staff and assist them as required
7. Contribute to menu planning and development

11. Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency
12. Implement quality improvement initiatives
13. Maintain accurate records (inventory, waste, etc.)

Requirements:
1. 3+ years of culinary experience
2. Culinary certification or equivalent
3. Strong ingredients skills and cooking techniques
4. Attention to detail and creativity
5. Ability to work under pressure and lead a team
6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
