Manage and oversee the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation. Oversees and supervises kitchen staff. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies. Develop and create innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of the cuisine Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain consistency in food preparation. Collaborate with the management team to create and update menu items, including daily specials. Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards. Control food costs, optimize kitchen processes and manage budgetary guidelines.
