Key responsibilities:

1. Inspect and approve labeling for finished goods packing
2. Prepare and standardize standard test solutions
3. Calibrate lab instruments and equipment and perform regular maintenance
4. Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure the delivery of desired product quality
5. Troubleshoot manufacturing processes, products, customer complaints, and internal defects using a problem-solving approach
6. Perform trace-level analysis using GC, HPLC, and UV-Visible Spectrophotometer.
7. Handle SAP transactions for the QM module
8. Lead shift activities in manufacturing when required
9. Document quality-related activities and work in shifts
10. Inspect, test, and release raw materials, packing materials, water, in-process materials, and finished surfactant products
